I'm not very up to date on music these days, if I get into any new stuff it's usually because I've been tipped off by my friends Pablo and Steve, they know everything there is to know music of all genres. Phantogram's album Eyelid Movies (cool name) isn't terribly new but it's still sort of new, I guess, it was released in Feb. 2010. On the track "Mouthful of Diamonds" I really dig the low key guitar lick, the rich synth foundation and, of course, Sarah Barthel's melancholic vocals, perfect for a rainy day. I wanted to share it with you, dear reader, In case you haven't heard it. "I wish I could believe..."
